About Us
We provide care in people's own homes in Waltham Abbey and the surrounding parts of Essex. What we do is straightforward: give people the help they need to keep living where they want to live, at the times agreed, from carers they recognise.
Most of the people we visit are older and want support with the practical business of the day, from washing and dressing to getting breakfast, taking medication properly, keeping the house in order and getting out to the shops or an appointment. We support people living with dementia, where continuity of carer and a settled routine matter more than anything else we could offer, and we also work with younger adults needing support to live independently.
Reliability is what families tell us counts most. If a call is booked for eight in the morning, somebody should be there at eight, and it should be a carer the person recognises. We plan our rounds around that and keep families informed rather than leaving them guessing.
Care starts with a home visit and a proper conversation about what is needed. The plan follows from that and is reviewed as needs change.
