About Us

Alina Homecare Epping and Loughton supports people in their own homes across Loughton, Epping and the surrounding parts of Essex. We work with older people who want to stay independent, adults living with dementia, people with a physical disability, and younger adults who need practical support at home.

Home care only works when it fits the person, so we start by listening rather than by offering a package. We ask how someone likes their day to run, what they still manage perfectly well themselves and where a hand would genuinely help, then we write that down in plain language and follow it. As needs change we review and adjust rather than carrying on regardless.

Visits can cover personal care, medication, preparing meals, household tasks, shopping, getting to appointments and simply spending time with someone. Some people want one short call a day. Others need support several times a day.

We keep the team around each person small. A familiar carer at a predictable hour is worth far more than a perfectly efficient rota, particularly for someone living with dementia, and familiar carers notice when something has changed. Our staff are trained for the needs they actually meet and are properly supervised.
