About Us

We are a home care agency in Harlow, Essex, supporting people in their own homes across the town and the surrounding area. Most of our work is with older adults, a good number living with dementia. We also support younger adults and people with a physical disability. What people come to us for is usually practical and immediate. Help getting up, washed and dressed. Medicines prompted or given. A hot meal. Help to move safely about the house, sometimes with equipment. Shopping and laundry. Somebody noticing quietly whether things are getting worse. Home care stands or falls on reliability, so that is where we concentrate. Arriving when we said. Sending workers who have been to the house before. Ringing the family when something is not right rather than leaving a note on the table.
