About Us

Aldanat Care provides care and support in people's own homes in Clacton on Sea and the surrounding parts of Essex. Our work is built around the life somebody already has, and the aim is to support it rather than reorganise it.

We support older adults who need help with personal care, medication, meals or getting safely about the house. We work with adults who have a learning disability or autism, where communication suited to the person, a routine that can be relied upon and support that builds skills rather than replacing them make the greatest difference. We support people living with mental health conditions, where a steady, trusting relationship and staff who notice early changes matter most, and people with physical disabilities, helping with washing, dressing, mobility and getting out into the world while leaving the person deciding how things are done. We support younger adults too, whose weeks are built around work, study, family or plans of their own.

We keep the team around each person as small and consistent as we can manage, because trust is built through familiarity rather than through paperwork.
