About Us

Riverstone Healthcare Partners provides care and support in people's own homes across Chigwell and the surrounding part of Essex. Our starting point is always what the person wants their days to look like, rather than what a standard package of visits would usually contain. Someone may care far more about getting out to the shops than about having a spotless kitchen. Someone else may want the practical help done quickly so that they can have their home to themselves again. We ask, and then we arrange things to match.

The support runs from short prompting calls through to several longer visits a day covering personal care, medication, meals, company and getting out of the house. For people living with dementia we work with the routines already in place, because the home is understood already and that is an advantage worth protecting.

We keep the same carers with the same households wherever the rota allows, and we revise plans when circumstances change rather than at fixed review dates.
