About Us
At MNS Consul Home Care, we provide personalised home care to people living in Chelmsford and the surrounding areas of Essex. Our aim is straightforward: to support people to live well in their own homes, with the kind of care and attention that genuinely makes a difference day to day.
We work with a wide range of people, including older adults, younger adults, and individuals living with dementia, learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, physical disabilities, and visual or hearing impairments. We also support people managing eating disorders and those who are working through alcohol or drug misuse. We understand that every person who comes to us has their own story, their own routines, and their own way of doing things, and we take the time to get to know each individual properly before we begin.
Care is delivered in the home, which we believe is where most people feel safest and most like themselves. Whether someone needs support for a few hours a week or more regular ongoing assistance, we work closely with the person receiving care and their family to put together an approach that fits their life rather than the other way around.
We are proud that our most recent inspection by the Care Quality Commission resulted in an overall rating of Good. That outcome reflects the consistent effort of our care team to maintain high standards and to treat every person with respect and dignity.
We know that inviting someone into your home to provide care is a significant decision. We do not take that trust lightly. Our team is attentive, reliable, and genuinely committed to the people they support.
If you would like to find out more about how we can help you or a loved one, we would be very happy to have a conversation.
