About Us
Caremax Homecare provides care in people's own homes in Brentwood and the surrounding parts of Essex. We help people to carry on living where they want to be, with support arranged around the life they already have.
We do not begin with a menu of packages. We begin by asking what has become difficult, what a person would rather keep doing for themselves, and who else they want involved. From there we agree what our visits will cover, which might be help with washing and dressing, support with medication, preparing meals, laundry and housework, shopping, or a call at the end of the day so that someone can settle safely. The plan is written in plain language and shared, and we change it when circumstances change rather than letting it drift.
