About Us
We are a home care agency based in Billericay, supporting people across Thurrock, Basildon and the surrounding parts of Essex in their own homes. Our aim is straightforward, which is to make it possible for somebody to stay where they want to be for as long as that is sensible and safe.
Most of our work is with older people who need help with the ordinary things that have become harder, washing and dressing, medication, preparing meals, shopping and getting out of the house. We also support younger adults, whose circumstances and priorities are often very different from what people expect of home care, and we plan their support around what they actually want rather than handing out a standard package.
We try to send the same carers to the same people week after week. It is the difference between being looked after by somebody who knows you and being visited by a stranger with a list of tasks, and it means our team notice quickly when something has changed.
We have not yet received an overall rating from the Care Quality Commission, and we would rather state that plainly. Until we do, judge us on whether we arrive when we said and whether we are easy to reach when something needs sorting out.
