About Us
We are Your Quality Care, supporting older people and younger adults in their own homes across Lewes and the surrounding part of East Sussex.
Our focus is fairly narrow on purpose. It means our carers become genuinely experienced in the work they do rather than being asked to cover everything, and it means we can be honest when somebody would be better served by a different provider.
What we offer is practical and unglamorous, which is rather the point. Help getting up, washed and dressed. Support with medication. Meals prepared properly rather than heated and left. Help moving about safely at home. A hand with laundry, shopping and the small tasks that pile up when somebody cannot manage them any more. Company, too, which for a good many people is the part of the visit that matters most.
We keep our carers working with the same people wherever possible. Familiarity makes the personal side of care far easier to accept, and it means changes in somebody's health get noticed by a person who knows what normal looks like for them.
Everything begins with a visit and a proper conversation, and we adjust the plan as needs change.
