About Us
Quality Homecare supports people in their own homes across Hastings and the surrounding parts of East Sussex. We exist to do one thing well, which is to make staying at home a realistic option for people who need help, whatever the reason for that help might be.
The range of people we work with is wide. We visit older adults who need a hand with personal care, medication and meals, and we support people living with dementia in the home they already know. We also work with younger adults, with people who have a learning disability or who are autistic, with people living with physical disabilities or with loss of sight or hearing, and with people managing mental health conditions, eating disorders, or difficulties with alcohol and drugs.
That breadth only works if we listen first. No two of these situations call for the same thing, so we begin by asking what a good day looks like for the person in front of us, and we build the visits around that answer rather than around a standard template. Some people want brisk practical help and their privacy back afterwards. Others want company and conversation. Both are entirely legitimate.
Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is good. If you would like to discuss support for yourself or for a relative, please get in touch and we will arrange to come out and talk it over properly.
