About Us
Coast Community Care provides care and support in people's own homes across Bexhill on Sea and the surrounding part of East Sussex. We work with older adults, younger adults, people living with dementia, people with learning disabilities and autistic people, people with physical disabilities or loss of sight or hearing, and people managing mental health conditions, eating disorders, or difficulties with alcohol and drugs.
We should be open about our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission, which is requires improvement. We would rather say it plainly here. We know which areas were identified, we have a plan of work under way covering staff training and supervision, the quality of our records, and how we communicate with people and their families, and we are glad to go through the detail with anyone considering us.
The work itself goes on and it has to be done well. Covering such a range of needs means a template is useless, so we sit down with each person, find out where help is genuinely needed, and build the visits from there. We keep the same carers with the same households wherever the rota allows.
Please contact us and ask us whatever you need to ask.
