About Us
At Hull Homecare, we provide personalised home care to people living in Hessle and the surrounding areas of the East Riding of Yorkshire. Our aim is simple: to support people to live well in their own homes, on their own terms, with the right level of help in place around them.
We work with a wide range of people, including older adults, younger adults, and those living with dementia, learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, physical disabilities, and visual or hearing impairments. We also support people managing eating disorders and those affected by alcohol or drug misuse. We recognise that no two people are the same, so we take the time to understand what matters most to each individual before any care begins.
Our most recent inspection by the Care Quality Commission resulted in an overall rating of Good, which reflects the genuine effort our team puts in every single day. We are proud of that, though we never see it as a reason to stop improving.
What we hear most often from the people we support and their families is that they feel listened to and treated with respect. That matters enormously to us. Coming into someone's home is a privilege, and we carry that responsibility seriously. We want the people in our care to feel comfortable and confident in whoever is supporting them.
We are based in Hessle and are very much part of this local community. That local knowledge helps us to be responsive and to build genuine, ongoing relationships rather than just providing a transactional arrangement.
If you are thinking about home care for yourself or someone you love, we would very much welcome a conversation. We are happy to talk things through without any pressure, and to help you work out whether we are the right fit.
