About Us
We provide care at home in Driffield and the surrounding villages of the East Riding. Those we support include older adults, people living with dementia, adults with learning disabilities and autistic adults, people with physical disabilities, and younger adults.
Working across a rural area means being realistic about time and distance. A round that looks efficient on paper comes apart on a wet morning on country roads, and it is the person waiting to be helped out of bed who pays for it. So we build schedules that survive an ordinary bad day, and we would rather take on less work than run a rota that only holds together in good weather.
For autistic adults and people with learning disabilities we are careful to be exactly where we said, at the time we said, doing what was agreed, because improvising is rarely helpful. For people living with dementia, continuity does most of the work, and we send the same faces wherever the rota allows.
