About Us
Yourlife provides care and support to people in their own homes in Beverley and across the East Riding of Yorkshire. The point of what we do is in the name. It is the person's life, and our job is to support it rather than to organise it for them.
Most of our work is with older adults. We help with washing and dressing, medication, meals and the everyday tasks that have quietly become harder to manage alone. We support people living with dementia, where sending familiar carers at familiar times does more good than anything else we could offer. We also support adults living with a physical disability, helping with mobility, transfers and the practical arrangements that keep a home workable, people with a visual or hearing impairment, and younger adults who want support that fits around their own commitments.
Every arrangement begins with a proper conversation about what would genuinely help. We agree the plan with the person, write it down together and review it as things change, particularly after illness or a hospital stay.
Our carers are checked before they start, trained for the tasks they carry out and supported by senior staff who are available when advice is needed.
