About Us

We provide care at home in Carlisle and the surrounding area, supporting older people and younger adults, including people living with dementia, people with mental health conditions, people with physical disabilities and people with visual or hearing impairments.

Our part is practical. We arrange visits at the times that suit, help with washing and dressing, support with medication, a hand with meals, shopping and housework, and assistance to move about the house safely. Where needs are greater we arrange more frequent calls, and where they change we review the plan rather than leaving it as it was first agreed. We also answer calls at short notice where somebody needs help urgently, which is part of why reliability matters so much in this work.
