About Us

We provide care at home in South Croydon and the surrounding area, supporting older people, people living with dementia, people with mental health conditions, people with physical disabilities and people with visual or hearing impairments.

The help we give is arranged around the person rather than around our own convenience. For some that means a single call each morning for washing, dressing and medication. For others it means visits through the day, support with meals, shopping and housework, and help to move about the house safely. Where needs change we review the arrangement rather than leaving an old plan in place, and we would always rather be asked to adjust something than have a family put up with it.

Continuity is what we work hardest at. In a part of London where people are used to a different carer every week, we try to send the same staff to the same households, because a carer who knows somebody notices when they are unwell, in pain or unusually quiet, and the person is spared explaining themselves over and over.

Our carers are trained for the needs they are asked to meet and can reach a senior colleague whenever they need advice. Our most recent inspection by the Care Quality Commission rated us good overall.
