About Us
We provide care in people's own homes in Newton Aycliffe and across County Durham. Our purpose is to make it possible for people to stay where they are, with help that turns up when it should and is given by carers they know by name.
We support older people needing assistance with washing, dressing, meals and medication, adults who have a learning disability, autistic adults, people living with mental health conditions, people with a physical disability and people whose sight or hearing is impaired. We also work with younger adults building independence at home.
