About Us
We provide care at home in Poole and the surrounding area, supporting older adults, people living with dementia and younger adults.
Families usually find us at a difficult point, after a fall or a hospital discharge or a slow accumulation of worry. What we try to offer first is clarity rather than reassurance: what we can provide, how often, what it costs, and what we honestly cannot do. A comfortable answer that collapses in a month is worse than a blunt one now.
After that the work is unglamorous and depends on organisation. The same faces where possible, notes read before arriving, and enough time in each visit that nobody is hurried through being washed.
With dementia, consistency does most of the work: the same carer at the same time, in the same order, in a home where nothing has been rearranged.
