About Us
SuppLiCan Care and Support is a home care agency working with people across Poole and the wider area. We support people in their own homes, which is where most people manage best, and our aim is to make staying at home realistic rather than simply hopeful.
We work with older people who need help with personal care, medication, meals and getting about, and with people living with dementia, where a calm pace and a familiar carer count for more than anything else we could offer. We also support adults living with a physical disability, where the point is usually restoring practical independence rather than taking tasks away from someone, and younger adults, who often want support that helps them get on with ordinary life rather than support that simply keeps them safe indoors.
Continuity is something we plan for rather than hope for. Sending the same small group of carers to the same person means nobody has to explain themselves every visit, and it means our team notice early when someone is eating less, sleeping badly or simply not themselves.
