About Us

My Care Ladies supports people across Poole and the surrounding area in their own homes. We plan support around the way somebody already lives rather than around a standard package, and we keep the same carers visiting the same people wherever we can.

We support older people with the everyday tasks that have become harder, personal care, medication, meals, shopping and getting out safely, and people living with dementia, where a familiar face and an unhurried pace matter more than anything written in a plan. We also work with people living with a physical disability, where good support is largely about making daily life workable again, and with younger adults, whose priorities are usually about getting on with ordinary life.
