About Us

We at Pramacare are proud to provide compassionate home care across Poole and the wider Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole area, supporting people to live well and independently in the place they know best: their own home.

Based in the heart of the BH postcode area, our team travels throughout Poole and its surrounding neighbourhoods, bringing personalised support directly to the doorstep of those who need it. Remaining at home, surrounded by familiar belongings, cherished memories and treasured routines, can make an enormous difference to a person's wellbeing, and we consider it a privilege to help make that possible.
