About Us

Altogether Care at Home in Poole provides support at home to adults across Poole and the surrounding area.

The people we work with include older people who need help to stay in their own houses, adults living with dementia, people with a learning disability, autistic adults, people with physical disabilities, people with a visual or hearing impairment and younger adults who need support to live independently.
