About Us

Agape Care Solutions provides care and support in people's own homes across Poole and the surrounding area. Our work is to help people stay where they are settled, with support that fits around their life rather than rearranging it.

We visit older people and younger adults. Support may cover personal care, help with medication, meals, shopping, laundry and household tasks, and for a good many people the regular company matters as much as the practical help. We work with people living with dementia, adults with learning disabilities and autistic adults, people with physical disabilities and people living with sight or hearing loss.

That range asks for careful planning. We assess properly before anything starts, write plans a carer can follow without guessing, and review them as needs change rather than waiting for a date in the diary. Where health or social work colleagues are involved, we work alongside them.

Continuity is built into the rota rather than left to chance. Familiar carers notice when something has changed, and people should not have to explain their own routine week after week.
