About Us

We provide care and support at home in Bournemouth and across the surrounding area, working with older people, adults living with dementia, adults with learning disabilities and autistic adults, people with mental health needs, people with physical disabilities, people with visual or hearing impairment and younger adults.

Rather than simply list all of that, we would sooner explain how we handle it. Every arrangement begins with a proper conversation about what somebody actually wants help with, what they can manage perfectly well themselves and how they want things done in their own home. From there we build a small, settled team, because care at home only really works when the person opening the door recognises who is on the other side.

For older people and people living with dementia the work is practical and daily, and consistency is what matters most. We protect it rather than treating it as a nice extra. For autistic adults, people with learning disabilities and younger adults, the emphasis shifts towards enabling rather than doing, and we plan around work, college, travel and family life. Where we support people with mental health needs, we work in step with the community teams involved and aim to be the dependable part of the week.
