About Us

Eleanor Nursing and Social Care works from Boscombe in Bournemouth, providing care and support in people's own homes. We listen first, agree it in plain language, and revisit it honestly rather than leaving it in a folder.

The practical work covers personal care, medication, meals, moving safely around the home, laundry, shopping, appointments and unhurried company. For other people we support it looks different again, with somebody alongside them at college, at work, at a group or on the bus into town.

We keep the same small team around each person wherever the rota allows, because trust builds slowly in this work and careless scheduling can undo it in a fortnight.
