We are a home care agency based in Dartford, supporting people in their own homes across Bexley and the surrounding area. We work with older people and with younger adults, including adults with learning disabilities, autistic people, people living with mental health conditions, people with physical disabilities and people with visual or hearing impairments. Needs that varied cannot be met from a standard package, so we start with a conversation. For an older person the priority is often personal care, medication, meals and keeping the house manageable.
