About Us
Capital Healthcare Management provides care at home for people in Bexleyheath and the surrounding parts of Bexley. We support a wide range of adults, and each arrangement starts with a conversation about what the person wants from their day rather than with a standard package.
For older people we help with personal care, medication, meals, laundry, shopping and keeping the home in order, and we support people to get out to appointments or simply out of the house. Where somebody is living with dementia we keep the same faces visiting wherever the rota allows, follow the routine already in place and leave things where the person expects to find them.
We support adults with a learning disability and autistic adults, where the work is usually about independence: cooking, budgeting, travelling locally and having staff who understand how a person communicates.
