About Us

Millies Care and Support Agency provides care in people's own homes in Bath and across Bath and North East Somerset. What we are trying to do has not changed. The work covers help with washing and dressing, medication prompted or given, meals, moving safely about the house, laundry, shopping, appointments and unhurried company. For people living with dementia we keep familiar carers coming at familiar times and follow the routines already in place. Where sight or hearing loss is part of the picture we get the small habits right: announcing ourselves, leaving furniture where it lives, checking that aids and glasses are working.

Genuine improvement comes from listening to the households we visit and then acting rather than recording. That is where our attention is, and anybody is welcome to hold us to it.
