About Us

We provide care at home in Dagenham and the surrounding area, supporting people of all ages with a wide range of needs. Rather than offer one narrow kind of support, we take time to understand what a particular person needs in order to live the way they want.

We support older people, including those living with dementia, where the same familiar carers arriving at familiar times does more good than anything else we can arrange. We work with adults with a learning disability and autistic adults, and with younger adults who want to live independently. We also support people living with mental health needs, people living with an eating disorder, people with a physical disability and people with a visual or hearing impairment, adjusting how we communicate and how we work so that support is genuinely usable. We support people recovering from problems with alcohol or drugs as well, which asks for patience and an absence of judgement.

Visits can be short calls or substantial support through the day, covering personal care, medication, meals, household tasks and company.
