About Us
Here at Park View Care Home, we are proud to serve the people of Newcastle Upon Tyne and the wider North Tyneside community. We offer a warm, familiar environment where older adults can feel genuinely at home, whether they are joining us for a short stay or settling in with us for the longer term.
Our home specialises in older person care, residential care, dementia care and respite care. We understand that each person who comes through our doors has their own story, their own routines and their own preferences, and we take the time to get to know every individual properly. For those living with dementia, we work hard to create a calm and consistent atmosphere that supports wellbeing and helps people feel safe and understood. For those coming to us for respite, we want the experience to feel relaxed and welcoming right from the start.
We are pleased that our most recent inspection by the Care Quality Commission rated us as Good. That matters to us, not simply as a formal recognition, but because it reflects what our team works towards every single day. We hold ourselves to a high standard because we know how much trust families are placing in us when they choose Park View for someone they love.
Our staff are attentive, approachable and genuinely invested in the people they support. We encourage open conversations with residents and their families, because we believe care works best when everyone feels heard and involved.
If you are exploring options for yourself or a loved one, we would warmly encourage you to come and visit us. There is no better way to get a feel for who we are than to spend a little time with us in person. We would be very glad to welcome you.
