About Us
Here at Mary Chapman Court, we offer residential care for older people in the heart of Norwich, Norfolk. Our team works hard every day to make sure that the people who live with us feel safe, comfortable and genuinely at home.
We support older adults with a range of needs, including residential care, dementia care and respite care. Whether someone is joining us for a short stay to recover or regain confidence, or making Mary Chapman Court their long term home, we give every person the same level of attention and respect. We understand that moving into a care home is a significant step, and we do everything we can to make that transition as smooth and reassuring as possible, both for the people who live here and for their families.
Our approach to dementia care is thoughtful and person centred. We take time to understand each resident's history, preferences and routines, because we know that familiarity and consistency make a real difference to wellbeing. Small details matter to us, and we try to honour them every day.
We are pleased that our most recent inspection by the Care Quality Commission rated us as Good. That reflects the effort our whole team puts in, and it gives families confidence when they are making what can be a very difficult decision.
We are proud to be part of the Norwich community. Families are always welcome to visit, ask questions and stay involved in the lives of their loved ones. Open communication between our team and the people we support is something we take seriously, and we encourage relatives to speak to us whenever they want to.
