About Us

At Seaford Family Care, we provide residential care for older people in the heart of Seaford, East Sussex. Our home supports people living with dementia as well as those who need general residential care or a shorter respite stay, and we try to make sure that whatever brings someone to us, they feel genuinely at home here.

We know that choosing a care home is one of the most significant decisions a family can make, and we do not take that lightly. From the first enquiry through to settling in and beyond, we aim to be open, honest and straightforward with residents and their loved ones. We want families to feel comfortable asking questions and telling us what matters most to the person in our care, because that information shapes everything we do day to day.

Life in our home is built around the individual. We take time to understand each person's background, preferences and routines, and we do our best to reflect those in how we support them. Whether that means a particular morning routine, a favourite meal or simply having someone to sit and chat with, the small things matter to us.

We are honest about where we are as a service. Our most recent CQC inspection resulted in an overall rating of requires improvement, and we have taken that seriously. We have been working through the feedback carefully and making real, practical changes. We believe in being transparent with the people who trust us with their care, and we are committed to demonstrating that improvement through our actions rather than our words.

If you would like to find out more about Seaford Family Care or come and have a look around, we would be very happy to hear from you. We are always glad to welcome families and prospective residents to see the home for themselves.
