About Norbury Hall
Norbury Hall is a residential care home in Croydon, south London, providing a home and short stays for adults who need support with daily living. The people who live here have a wide range of needs. Many are older adults who need help with personal care, mobility and medication, and a good number are living with dementia. For them we keep the day calm and familiar, give people time to respond, and take the trouble to learn about their lives so that staff can be genuine company rather than simply efficient. We also support adults who have a learning disability or who are autistic, people managing mental health conditions, people living with a physical disability, and people with a visual or hearing impairment, adjusting how we communicate and how the building is used so that nobody is left out. Respite stays are available, whether a family carer needs a planned break or somebody needs looking after for a few weeks after being unwell. Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is good. That reflects the ordinary, consistent work our team does day after day. If you would like to see Norbury Hall, please ring us and arrange a visit. Come and look round properly, talk to the staff and the people living here, and ask whatever you want to ask.
