About Us
Here at Lime Tree Gardens, we are a care home based in the heart of Camden, London, and we are proud to offer a genuinely supportive and homely environment for the people who live with us.
We support a wide range of individuals, including older adults, younger adults, and those living with mental health conditions or physical disabilities. We also provide residential care and respite care for those who need a shorter stay, whether that is to give a family carer a much needed break or to support recovery during a difficult period. Alongside this, we have experience supporting people affected by alcohol and drug misuse, and we approach that work with the same care and respect we bring to everything we do.
Our team works hard to understand each person as an individual. We take time to learn what matters to the people in our care, what their routines look like, what brings them comfort, and what their goals are. That understanding shapes how we provide support day to day.
We are pleased that our most recent Care Quality Commission inspection rated us as good. That means a great deal to us, not as something to rest on, but as confirmation that the work our team puts in every day is making a real difference to people's lives.
Being located in Camden means our residents have access to a vibrant and diverse community around them, and we encourage people to stay connected to the neighbourhood and to the things they enjoy wherever possible.
If you are looking for care for yourself or for someone you love, we would genuinely welcome the chance to have a conversation. Please do get in touch and we will do our best to answer any questions you have.
