About Us
Cleeve Court Community Resource Centre in Bath provides residential care and short term support for older people and younger adults, including people living with dementia, people with physical disabilities and people with a visual or hearing impairment.
Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is requires improvement. We would rather lead with that than let anyone find it for themselves. It is not the rating we want. There is an improvement plan, we are working through it with the people who use the centre, their families and our health and social care colleagues, and anybody weighing us up is entitled to ask what specifically is changing and what evidence there is that it is taking hold.
A good deal of our work is about helping people regain what a hospital stay, an illness or a fall has taken from them, which often means standing alongside while somebody does something for themselves rather than doing it for them. That takes longer and it is worth it, because confidence and ability come back faster when they are used.
Respite stays are also available.
