About Us
Chaseview is a nursing home in Burntwood, Staffordshire. We support older people and younger adults whose needs include nursing care, including many living with dementia and people with physical disabilities. We also offer respite stays.
Registered nurses work here, so clinical needs are met in the building. Nobody has to be moved on because their health has become more demanding.
Having younger adults as well as older residents means we do not run one programme and call it activities, because what suits one rarely suits the other. Somebody in their forties who needs nursing care has not reached the end of anything, and the worst thing a setting like ours can do is quietly treat them as a patient whose life is now their care.
The clinical side is only part of a day and usually the smaller part. The rest is meals people want, help without a long wait, privacy, company, and being treated as somebody with a history.
Our overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is good. Ask the people who live here whether they would recommend it, and take their word over ours.
