About Us

At Kelstone Court, we provide nursing home care for adults in Morden, Merton, and we take real pride in the community we have built here. Our team supports people with a wide range of needs, including older person care, dementia care, mental health conditions, physical disabilities and eating disorders. We also welcome younger adults and offer respite care for those who need a shorter stay, whether to give a family carer a break or to support recovery after a period of illness.

We understand that choosing a care home is one of the most significant decisions a person and their family will ever make. That is why we try to make the process as straightforward and as honest as possible from the very first conversation. We want people to feel genuinely at home here, not simply accommodated.

Our nursing team works closely with residents, families and healthcare professionals to make sure that each person's care is tailored to them as an individual. Needs change over time, and we are committed to keeping pace with those changes, reviewing care plans regularly and listening carefully to what residents and their loved ones tell us.

We were pleased to receive a rating of "good" from the Care Quality Commission at our most recent inspection, which reflects the consistent effort our whole team puts in day to day. We do not see that as a finish line. We continue to look for ways to improve the experience for everyone who lives and works here.

If you would like to find out more about life at Kelstone Court, we would be very happy to welcome you for a visit. Seeing the home for yourself, meeting the team and speaking with residents is always the best way to get a true sense of what we are about.
