About Us
Here at Conifers Nursing Home, we provide nursing and personal care for people in the heart of Poulton Le Fylde, Lancashire. We are proud to be a place where residents feel genuinely at home, supported by a team that takes the time to get to know each person as an individual.
We care for older adults, people living with dementia, younger adults, and those who come to us for a period of respite. Whatever brings someone through our doors, we believe every person deserves to be treated with dignity, warmth and respect. Our nursing care is available around the clock, giving residents and their families confidence that skilled, attentive support is always on hand.
Dementia care is a significant part of what we do, and we put a great deal of thought into how we can make daily life feel safe, familiar and meaningful for those living with memory loss. We know how much this matters, both to the people in our care and to the families who love them.
For those joining us for respite, whether to recover after a hospital stay or to give a family carer some time to rest, we aim to make the transition as straightforward and comfortable as possible. We want people to feel settled and looked after, however long or short their stay with us may be.
Our most recent Care Quality Commission inspection rated us as Good, which reflects the commitment our whole team brings to their work each day. We are always looking at how we can improve and grow, and we welcome feedback from residents and families as a natural part of how we run things here.
If you would like to find out more about life at Conifers Nursing Home, we would be very happy to hear from you.
