About Us
Here at Oxfield Court, we provide nursing home care for people across Huddersfield and the wider Kirklees area. We are part of St Anne's Community Services, and we are proud to offer a genuinely person centred environment where the people we support feel at home, valued, and well cared for.
Our team works with a broad range of people, including older adults, younger adults, and individuals living with a learning disability or autism, mental health needs, or complex nursing requirements. We also offer respite care for those who need a short break from their usual living arrangements, or whose families and carers need some time to rest and recharge.
Nursing care sits at the heart of what we do. Our registered nurses and care staff work closely together to make sure that each person receives the right level of support, tailored to their individual needs and wishes. We take the time to get to know the people who live here, understanding what matters to them day to day and building care around that.
We were pleased to receive a rating of Good from the Care Quality Commission at our most recent inspection. That outcome reflects the commitment of everyone who works here, and it gives the people we support and their families confidence that they are in a safe and caring environment.
We believe that good care is built on honest relationships, clear communication, and genuine respect. Families are always welcome to be involved in their loved one's care, and we encourage open conversations so that everyone feels informed and included.
If you would like to find out more about Oxfield Court, or to arrange a visit, please do get in touch. We are always happy to talk things through and help you decide whether we might be the right fit.
