About Us

Here at Riverlee Residential and Nursing Home, we provide nursing and residential care for people living in Greenwich and the wider London area. Our team works hard every day to make sure that everyone who comes through our doors feels genuinely at home, supported, and respected as an individual.

We care for older adults, including those living with dementia, physical disabilities, and visual or hearing impairments. We also support younger adults who require nursing care, and we offer respite care for those who need a short stay, whether to recover after a hospital admission or to give family carers a much needed break. Whatever brings someone to us, we take the time to understand their history, their preferences, and what matters most to them in daily life.

Nursing care sits at the heart of what we do. Our nurses and care staff work closely together to make sure that clinical needs are met without the environment ever feeling cold or clinical. We want Riverlee to feel like a home first and a care setting second, and we put a great deal of thought into how we can achieve that for each person in our care.

We are pleased that our most recent inspection by the Care Quality Commission resulted in an overall rating of Good. That recognition matters to us, not because of the rating itself, but because it reflects the consistency and thoughtfulness our team brings to their work each day.

If you are looking for care for yourself or someone you love, we warmly encourage you to come and visit us. Meeting our team and seeing the home for yourself is always the best starting point, and we are happy to answer any questions you may have. Riverlee is a place where people are known, valued, and well looked after.
