About Manor Nursing Home

We are Ealing Manor, a nursing home in Ealing. We care for older people and for younger adults with nursing needs, including many people living with dementia, people with a physical disability, and people with a visual or hearing impairment. Having qualified nurses on duty at every hour is what allows us to look after people whose health is complicated or liable to change. Problems are noticed early by staff who know the person, treatment starts without waiting for an outside visit, and families are not left wondering about overnight cover. The nursing side is essential but it is not the purpose of the place. People live here, and we work at making that a proper life. Rooms are personalised, people get up and settle when they choose, and meals are something to look forward to. This is a varied part of London and the people who live here come from all of it, so we take care to understand what matters to somebody culturally and practically rather than assuming. For those living with dementia we work patiently and with the person's history in view rather than correcting them about the present. Relatives are welcome whenever they want to come. Respite stays are available alongside permanent places. Our most recent CQC overall rating is good. Please contact us to arrange a visit.
