About Us
Sherborne Court Neurological Centre in Crewe provides nursing care for adults, including younger adults, living with complex neurological conditions and physical disability. Qualified nurses are on hand throughout the day and night, and our team is used to working alongside specialist colleagues and families to get the detail right.
People often come to us at a point of considerable upheaval, sometimes after a serious illness or injury, and what they usually want is not sympathy but competence and a life worth having. Our nursing covers medication, mobility, positioning, nutrition, skin integrity, pain and comfort. Alongside that we pay close attention to communication, to independence wherever it can be regained or protected, and to whether somebody is actually getting the day they want.
Rooms are personalised, residents decide how their time is spent, and relatives are welcome. Respite stays are available for shorter periods.
Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is Requires Improvement. We would rather tell you that ourselves than let you find it elsewhere. We took the findings seriously, we have been working through them, and we will go through the detail with anyone who asks.
If you are a professional considering a referral, or a family looking at options, please get in touch.
