About Us
At Lace Hill Manor Care Home, we provide nursing care for people in and around Buckingham, Buckinghamshire, and we take that responsibility seriously. We are a nursing home supporting older adults, people living with dementia, those with physical disabilities and visual or hearing impairments, as well as younger adults who need a higher level of care. We also offer respite care for those who need a shorter stay, whether that is to give a family carer a break or to support recovery after a period of illness.
We know that choosing a care home is one of the most significant decisions a family can make, and we do not take that lightly. Our team works hard to understand each person who comes through our doors, what matters to them, how they like to spend their time, and what makes them feel at home. Good care, in our view, starts with genuinely listening.
We want to be honest with you. Our most recent CQC rating reflects that there are areas where we know we need to do better, and we are actively working through those improvements. We believe in being straightforward about where we are on that journey rather than glossing over it. The work is ongoing and our team is committed to making real, lasting changes that people who live here and their families will notice.
Lace Hill Manor sits in Buckingham, a town with a strong community feel, and we try to reflect that in the way we run things here. We want residents to feel part of something, not just cared for in a clinical sense, but genuinely supported to live well.
If you would like to visit and see things for yourself, we would be very glad to welcome you.
