About Us
Here at Rottingdean Nursing and Care Home, we are proud to be a trusted part of the Brighton and Hove community, providing nursing and care support to older people and their families when they need it most.
We offer nursing care, older person care, and respite care, which means we can support residents across a range of needs and circumstances. Whether someone is joining us for a short stay to recover or rest, or is making Rottingdean their long term home, we aim to make that experience feel as comfortable and personal as possible.
Our team works hard to treat every resident as an individual. We take time to understand what matters to each person, how they like to spend their days, what they enjoy eating, who they want to see, and what kind of support feels right for them. Good care, in our view, starts with genuinely listening.
We are pleased that our most recent inspection by the Care Quality Commission resulted in an overall rating of Good. We see that as a reflection of the consistent effort our whole team puts in every day, and we remain committed to building on that rather than simply resting on it.
Families are always welcome here. We know that handing over the care of someone you love is not easy, and we do not take that trust lightly. We encourage open conversations, regular involvement, and honest communication so that families feel informed and reassured throughout.
Our home sits in Brighton, a vibrant and varied part of the country, and we enjoy being connected to the wider community around us.
If you would like to find out more about what we offer or come and have a look around, please do get in touch. We would be happy to welcome you.
