About Phemacare

Phemacare provides support in people's own homes in Worcester and across Worcestershire. Our aim is to give people enough help to keep living where they want to live, delivered by carers they know and at the times they have agreed. We visit older people needing assistance with washing, dressing, meals and medication, and people living with dementia, where familiar faces and a settled routine matter more than almost anything else we could offer. We support people living with mental health conditions, people with a physical disability, including safe help with moving and transfers, people whose sight or hearing is impaired and younger adults needing support at home. We also support people working through problems with alcohol or drugs, where turning up consistently and without judgement is most of the job. Everything starts with a home visit and an honest conversation about what would genuinely help. The plan is agreed with the person and reviewed as circumstances change. Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is good. Please get in touch to talk it through.
