About Nurseplus
We provide care in people's own homes in Worcester and across Worcestershire. Our aim is to give people enough support to keep living where they want to live, arriving when we say we will and delivered by carers they know. We visit older people needing help with washing, dressing, meals and medication, and people living with dementia, where continuity of carer and a settled routine matter more than almost anything else we could offer. We support adults who have a learning disability, autistic adults, people living with mental health conditions, people with a physical disability and people whose sight or hearing is impaired. We also support people working through problems with alcohol or drugs, where turning up consistently and without judgement is most of the job. That range means briefing carers thoroughly before they start with somebody new, and small teams around each person so support stays familiar. Everything starts with a home visit and an honest conversation about what would genuinely help. The plan is written in plain language and reviewed as needs change. Please get in touch if you would like to talk about support at home in Worcestershire.
