About Us

Acer Care and Care 4 Me provides support at home for people across Worcester and the surrounding parts of Worcestershire. Our purpose is to supply the help that makes staying at home workable, fitted quietly around a life already in progress.

We visit older people who need assistance with personal care, medication, meals, mobility or the household jobs that gradually become obstacles. We support people living with dementia, where familiar rooms and a familiar face do so much of the good on their own. We also work with people managing mental health conditions, people living with a physical disability, people who have sight or hearing loss, and younger adults who want support that keeps them independent.
