About Head Office

We provide care and support in people's own homes in Kidderminster and across Worcestershire. Our work is built around the life somebody already has, and the aim is to support it rather than reorganise it for our convenience. The people we support have a wide range of needs. Older adults who need help with personal care, medication, meals or moving safely about the house. People living with dementia, where familiarity and an unhurried manner do more good than anything else. Adults with a learning disability or autism, where the point is to build confidence and skills at the individual's own pace. People living with mental health conditions, where a steady relationship and early attention to changes count for most. People with physical disabilities, and people with a visual or hearing impairment, where we adapt how we assist and how we communicate. We also support younger adults, whose weeks are organised around work, study, family and independence. We keep the group of workers visiting each person as small and consistent as we can. Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is requires improvement. We would rather set that out plainly here than leave a family to come across it later. The areas identified are where our effort is going at present, and we are willing to talk about them openly with anyone considering us.
