About Medistaff24
Medistaff24 provides care and support to people in their own homes in Evesham and the surrounding parts of Worcestershire. We are a home care agency, and our work fits around the house somebody already lives in and the routine they already have. We support older people who need a hand with daily life, from getting up and washed through to medication, meals, shopping and housework. We support people living with dementia, and we keep the same small team going to the same person wherever we can, because a familiar face at the door does more good than anything else we could arrange. We also support adults with learning disabilities and autism, and younger adults who want help fitted around work, study or family life rather than in place of it. Plans are agreed with the person and written plainly, and they set out what somebody would rather keep doing themselves as carefully as what they want help with. We turn up when we say we will, we do not rush a visit, and if something is not working we would much rather hear about it early. Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is good. If you are considering care at home for yourself or for a relative, please get in touch. We are happy to visit, listen properly and explain what we can realistically cover.
