About Us

We support people in their own homes across Worcestershire and Warwickshire, working mainly with adults with a learning disability, autistic adults, younger adults and older people. What we believe is straightforward enough: people are not a list of needs to be met but individuals with friendships, interests and preferences, and good support is what makes that life possible rather than what replaces it.

In practice our support might mean help with personal care and everyday tasks, or a hand with cooking, shopping and running a household, or company and encouragement in getting out to the things that matter to somebody. It often means being a steady presence while a person does something for themselves that they could not manage alone, and stepping back as soon as that is right.

We take time to learn how each person communicates and what helps them feel comfortable, because that is usually where support either works properly or quietly fails. Relationships matter more than procedures, so we put real effort into continuity.
